Issue purchase orders and respond appropriately for any open orders
Input all the materials shortages in the Pacer System
Track order availability, shortages, and delivery with vendors
Identify, evaluate, and propose material solutions and coordinate with Planning Team to support production plan.
Drive supplier performance reviews to attain the desired levels of cost, quality, delivery and support services.
Ensure material fulfillment for engine production and keeping inventory at optimal level by optimizing active WIP and monitoring aging FG / WIP.
Review parts usage analysis and ensure action plan is taken to keep the stock at the right level based on current usage trend (ROP/ROL).
Liaise with vendors on defect parts for resolution (DR report)
Reconciliation of invoices discrepancies (DFM)
Carry out any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum NITEC or Diploma in Supply Chain Management other related engineering disciplines.
Minimum 2 years work experience in procurement. Experience in aviation will be advantageous.
Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team with a positive attitude.
Good working knowledge in Microsoft Office applications and SAP.
Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Regular and punctual attendance is an essential function of this position.
