Carry out maintenance works (servicing, repair, overhaul) on customers' operational systems
Perform troubleshooting and implement solution for safety and maintenance work.
Supervise sub-contractors and ensure high quality of work and compliance with safety work procedures.
24/7 standby for maintenance supports when required/rostered.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Department Manager and SDM when required.

Software skills:

Configuration & recovery of Window Server 2008 & 2019 including hardware troubleshooting
Configuration & recovery of Window 7, 10 including hardware troubleshooting
Configuration of Active Directory Domain Controller (Primary & secondary)
Configuration and recovery of storage array for IBM and NETAPP
Configuration of Symantec Endpoint Manager 12 & 14 and deployment of the installer to the respective clients
Familiar with configuration of Cisco Switch and Netgear switch
Familiar with networking establishment and troubleshooting on the system equipment link-up
Familiar with configuration of Checkpoint endpoint manager and deployment of the installer to respective clients
Familiar with configuration of SQL studio 2008 & 2017
Familiar with generating manuals and procedures
Familiar with software application troubleshooting and recovery

Good interpersonal skills (interaction with customers at site will be required).
Knowledge of SAP system will be added advantage.
