Summary The Total Rewards team seeks to enable Scoot in achieving strategic goals and business performance through the building of a highly engaged, satisfied and motivated workforce.   • Analyse data and prepare presentations decks for internal/external stakeholders
  • Support the collection/analysis of data for renewal of Collective Agreement
Rewards & Mobility Operations
  • Coordinate the submission of data for C&B surveys conducted by survey consulting companies
  • Support the annual performance calibration and compensation planning cycles
  • Provide salary recommendations for new hires, considering internal equity & market competitiveness
  • Ensure C&B policies are documented clearly and communicated clearly to employees populations group
  • Support the annual renewal process of Group Hospitalisation & Surgical Insurance and Group Business Travel Insurance and any other benefits related products where applicable
  • Ensure the compensation and benefits delivery are updated in accordance to approvedl compensation structure and model through partnership not limited to IT, Payroll, relevant HR functions
  • Support in audit and HR risk related activities throughout the year
Rewards Policy Review & Analysis
  • Translate business needs into appropriate analytical questions for rewards. Collect qualitative and quantitative data from different sources and connect them to uncover interesting findings that can support policy reviews
  • Analyse data to validate effectiveness of rewards policies implemented. This would include frequent reviews of payroll data to consider impact of changes in business environment on crew variable payment
  • Communicate outcome of analysis / results effectively for desired impact
  • Response to business environment, market updates and regulatory changes with relevant and business centric total rewards product introduction or updates
  • Perform job evaluations where necessary to ensure jobs are sized appropriately according to WTW job evaluation methodology
Project Management & Total Rewards Operational efficiency
  • Innovate and implement / support process improvement projects to increase HR efficiency and effectiveness
  • Participate and contribute actively in HR OKR driven Cross Functional Squad (CFT) to ensure progress through overall HR OKR
  • Support any other relevant additional duties as assigned such as special projects
  • Promote overall team effectiveness and competencies through sharing of knowledge and best practices
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to juniors within the team where applicable
Requirement
  • Degree in Business, Actuarial Science (Mathematics, Statistics), Engineering, Computer science or a related quantitative discipline is preferred
  • Proficient in Excel and Data Visualisation Tools (i.e. Tableau)
  • Proven experience working with unstructured data to produce meaningful insights and problem-solve business problems
  • Fluent written, spoken and reading capability in English
  • Ability to construct and deliver clear presentations to stakeholders.
  • Ability to storytell, translating complex data into clear, concise, and compelling narratives
