Handling a range of data sources and with expertise in various research areas, the Insight function provides unique understanding into evolving attitudes and behaviours of today’s music consumers and our artists’ audiences. The Insight function delivers actionable insights that feed into marketing, commercial strategy, artist management and brand partnerships.We are in search of an Insights & Analytics Intern (6 months duration) from May 2024 onwards based in Singapore.Responsibilities
  • Create visual storytelling through infographic, PowerPoint reports, newsletters, etc.
  • Keen to learn how to work across data sets: quantitative and qualitative research, syndicated data, internal datasets
  • Work closely with line manager to deliver reports to business stakeholders
  • Support line manager and stakeholders in data extraction to inform analysis
Core Qualifications
  • Demonstrate ability to translate data and information into actionable insights and narratives
  • Data visualization skills is essential
  • Basic project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects
  • Expert User on PowerPoint and Excel
  • Knowledge of research and data will provide a strong advantage
Bonus Qualifications
  • Demonstrate technical knowledge with data, e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, SQL, Python
  • Effective communication with senior stakeholders through strong presentation skills
  • Demonstrate knowledge in crafting surveys to feed into analysis
