- Perform production support which include Application onboarding and application matrix updates to in-house IAM tools within SLA.
- Support the preparations of data in preparations of onboarding and Audits
- Track issue raised by users and follow up until closure.
- Document and maintain operating procedures
- Develop scripts to automate work
- Working experience in production support roles in large enterprise IAM environment
- Scripting skills to develop scripts for automation
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience is a MUST.
- Good working knowledge of Access Management lifecycle and process
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience in banking or financial services institutions preferred
