- Provide support to the Singapore Head of Investment Transformation to deliver project goals and outcomes.
- Lead project activities related to the transformation initiatives, including technology implementations, process improvements, and other strategic initiatives.
- Jointly work across the business to develop robust migration / implementation / transition plans.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues and develop and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand the project's workstream requirements and ensure that stakeholder needs and expectations are met.
- Manage project workstream teams, including internal and external resources, and ensure that project tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor and report on project workstream progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Support the development and execution of the PMO strategy, including the development of project management tools and methodologies, and the development of training and support programs for project managers.
- Work closely with other members of the PMO to ensure that project management processes are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain project workstream documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other project-related documentation.
- 10 to 15 years' direct programme, project and delivery management experience in the asset management, insurance, banking & finance sectors, with a experience towards the front, middle or back-office systems.
- Professional qualification in project management, such as APMP, PMQ, PMP or Prince2.
- Confidence in Agile and Scrum methodologies would be beneficial.
- Strong preference given to those who have led the implementation of large scale Aladdin / outsourced operational services in trade management, corporate actions, fund accounting, derivatives, reconciliations, corporate actions & reporting areas
- Experience leading projects related to investment transformation initiatives, such as technology implementations, process improvements, or other strategic initiatives.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex information to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to identify and manage project risks and issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working in a PMO, or similar environment is preferred.
- Knowledge and experience working within the agreed project and change management governance frameworks. Process Modelling and Business Process Management.
