- Plans and strategises category-specific growth plans; manage A&P budget
- Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data to identify issues and highlight opportunities by category and by channel/format
- Implement category plans including new product launches and sales drive activations
- Recommends new products based on market trends and data driven insights
- Manages new product packaging from market research to launch
- Works with cross-functional teams, agency and channel partners
- Drive channel engagement for brick & mortar formats such as Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, Finest and Digital Business
- Degree in Business Management/Marketing
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience with brand/trade marketing experience in a FMCG company
- Experience in food category is a plus
- Ability to generate actionable insights from qualitative and quantitative data
- Ability to formulate robust growth strategies to achieve commercial targets
- Ability to be hands on and react quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
- Resilient, agile and able to adapt well to changes similar to being in a new "start-up"
