- Define the Product vision, strategy, and roadmap in line with the demands of HTDs • Engage with HTD stakeholders and drive the adoption of xCloud Products • Create and maintain the product requirements and documentation • Work closely with the engineering and product development teams to prioritize the requirements, develop, and iterate on the product features • Gather feedback from customers and analyse the product performance metrics to incorporate improvements as product features in the next product iteration • Understand the needs of HTDs and explore emerging tools, technologies and techniques that can meet the needs or enhance the customer experience • Conduct trials/proof-of-concepts to assess the product feasibility and suitability for use across HTDs • Institutionalise the processes and practices for the onboarding and use of the Products • Understand the various prevailing policies and security guidelines to ensure the products and processes comply with the policies and guidelines
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering/ Computer Science/ Information Technology or relevant disciplines. • Experience in product management and have worked in one or more aspects of digital product launch • At least 5 years of relevant working experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to rally cross-functional teams to execute against plans to meet objectives • Ability to communicate concepts, processes and market the products to targeted audiences (i.e. engineers, architects, management stakeholders) at varying levels • Possess strong analytical and facilitation skills • Competent, self-motivated, pro-active, dedicated and responsible self-starter. • Awareness and experience in at least one of the following areas (Cloud Services, Agile/Scrum methodology, Design Thinking) All new hires are appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance and will be assessed and considered for permanent tenure over time, based on performance.
