Key Responsibilities

Preventive & Corrective Maintenance:

Perform regular maintenance inspections and corrective actions on mechanical, electrical, and automation systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. * Troubleshooting & Repairs:Diagnose equipment failures, determine root causes, and implement appropriate repairs or replacement of parts. * System Improvements:Evaluate current systems and propose enhancements to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase uptime. * Documentation & Reporting:Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and spare part usage. * Project Support:Participate in the planning and execution of engineering projects, including new equipment installation, line upgrades, and layout changes. * Compliance & Safety:Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with internal policies, safety regulations, and industry standards. * Vendor & Contractor Coordination:Liaise with external service providers for specialized maintenance, equipment servicing, and parts procurement.RequirementsRequirements

Education:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related Engineering discipline. * Experience:At least 2–5 years of relevant maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment. * Technical Skills:

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Hands-on experience with PLCs, sensors, and automated systems is an advantage
Familiarity with TPM, 5S, or other continuous improvement frameworks

Soft Skills:

Good communication and teamwork skills
Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
Ability to work independently and under pressure
