Develop and execute creative concepts for digital content, including videos, photos, graphics and other multimedia assets

Identify missing visual content needs in brand marketing and news coverage, then curate, shoot, and edit high-quality images and videos to present the brand's image.

Create video and photo content for XiaoHongshu, wechat and other platforms

Create engaging videos, photos and design motion graphics to enhance digital content

Optimize digital content for different platforms and formats to ensure the best performance and user experience

Adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all digital content

Requirements:

University students in Marketing, Communications, or an equivalent field.

Proficient in using social media platforms like Xiaohongshu.

Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Intermediate proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing tools like Capcut.
