Company and Job OverviewWe are looking for a talented Principal Engineer to join our diverse CMP team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing process capability indices to achieve operational goals..ResponsibilitiesMonitor process performance metrics on qualified processes and establish robust controls to sustain optimal performanceEnsure that all critical quality indices meet required standardsDrive process improvements through the application of quality tools and methodologiesTroubleshoot out-of-control conditions and determine lot disposition in out-of-spec situationsResolve process issues, develop Corrective Action Standards (CAS), and establish procedural specifications, collaborating with other departments to develop new recipesOversee all SPSR, MRB, TECN statuses, and follow-up actionsCollaborate with equipment and manufacturing engineers to achieve module targetsWork closely with internal and external customers to enhance yield and qualityPromote productivity improvements via process adjustments, documentation, and leveraging process capability; partner with equipment engineers to maximize equipment efficiencyInitiate and develop new equipment processes, including process characterization and developmentPerform shift duties as requiredOrganize and lead training sessions for AEs/Technicians to upgrade their technical skillsQualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Microelectronics Engineering, Chemical, Physics, Material Science, or equivalent4 to 8+ years of relevant experience preferred for the Section Head positionA strong team player with excellent collaboration skillsResponsible, proactive, and committed to delivering quality results.Catherine Qu
