Arup’s purpose, shared values and collaborative approach has set us apart for over 75 years, guiding how we shape a better world.The BIM Lead role at Arup involves providing technical support and leadership in BIM modelling and documentation for the Risk, Security & Resilience (RSR) offering across various infrastructure, science, industry, and other engineering projects. This position requires managing the digital component of projects, offering technical advice, and ensuring compliance with BIM standards.The Opportunity
- Lead the delivery of the digital component of projects, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
- Provide technical advice and leadership on BIM delivery across all project stages.
- Design, implement, operate, and support BIM platforms, services, and tools.
- Manage and exchange information within a Common Data Environment such as BIM 360, ProjectWise, or Aconex.
- Develop team skills through project support, training plans, and mentoring.

- Higher NITEC in Building Drafting, Diploma, or Degree in architecture or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of relevant industry experience in engineering, security, and architecture within a consulting business environment.
- Expertise in BIM and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and other similar BIM software.
- Knowledge of international BIM standards and LOD requirements for different project phases.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to foster a creative approach to problem-solving
