- Define and lead the sales strategy for the CXM & Martech practice to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, lead prospecting efforts, and close high-value deals with new clients.
- Develop and nurture a strong sales pipeline across sectors including Retail, Financial Services, Travel, Hospitality, Telco, and Government.
- Lead sales pitches, RFP responses, and proposal development in collaboration with the strategy and delivery teams.
- Build, manage, and mentor a team of sales and growth professionals focused on CXM and Martech solutions.
- Set performance goals and KPIs for the team, driving accountability and success.
- Develop training programs to upskill the sales team on Martech, CXM trends, and consultative selling approaches.
- Cultivate and maintain senior-level client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for CX transformation needs.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts in collaboration with client services and delivery teams.
- Represent the CXM & Martech practice in key client and industry engagements, positioning the company as a thought leader.
- Work closely with the CXM Martech Practice Lead to shape product and service offerings based on market demand.
- Provide feedback from the market to refine go-to-market propositions and strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop thought leadership, case studies, and event participation to drive brand awareness.
- Commercial Expertise: Proven track record in selling Martech, CXM, CRM, or digital transformation services.
- Leadership Experience: 8+ years of sales and business development experience, including team management in a consulting, agency, or Martech SaaS environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Martech ecosystems, CRM, data-driven marketing, and customer experience strategies.
- Client Relationships: Existing network and relationships with senior marketing, digital, and technology decision-makers are highly desirable.
- Consultative Selling: Ability to understand client business challenges and translate them into CXM solutions that drive ROI.
- Collaborative Approach: Experience working closely with strategy, technology, and delivery teams to co-create solutions.
- Communication Skills: Strong executive presence with excellent storytelling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
