- Configure and maintain SAP HCM Payroll for Singapore, including wage types, schemas, PCRs, features, and rules.
- Ensure accurate integration between Time, Payroll, and Finance modules.
- Maintain Payroll control records, posting runs, and off-cycle payroll processes
- Lead payroll runs (live and simulation) ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with MOM, CPF Board, IRAS, and other statutory bodies.
- Manage retroactive accounting, arrears, and adjustments.
- Handle complex payroll scenarios, including terminations, long-term absences, bonuses, and allowances
- Ensure payroll configuration and processes comply with Singapore statutory requirements (CPF, SDL, CDAC, MBMF, SINDA, IRAS Auto-Inclusion Scheme, NS Claims, etc.).
- Keep up-to-date with legislation changes and update SAP configuration accordingly
- Prepare and execute Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Validate payroll simulation results, identify anomalies, and resolve discrepancies.
- Support year-end processes, including IR8A, IR8S, Appendix 8A/8B, AIS submission
- Work closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams to understand requirements and deliver payroll solutions.
- Provide SME guidance on payroll processes, enhancements, and best practices.
- Act as the point of contact for payroll-related queries, incidents, and change requests
- Develop functional specifications, configuration documents, and payroll process SOPs.
- Conduct training sessions for HR/payroll teams on SAP payroll operations.
- Minimum 4 years experience in SAP HCM Payroll with at least 1 full-cycle implementations in Singapore Payroll.
- Strong hands-on expertise in payroll schemas, PCRs, wage type configuration, off-cycle payroll, and retro calculations.
- Good to have knowledge of SAP Time Management and integration with Payroll.
- Experience with Payroll posting to Finance (FI/CO).
- Familiarity with Payroll Control Center (PCC) is an advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore payroll statutory requirements and reporting.
- Understanding of HR processes (hire-to-retire) and their impact on payroll.
- Experience with payroll data migration and cutover activities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in payroll calculations.
