- Develop and implement claims management processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective claims handling
- Manage the claims team to ensure that claims are processed accurately and efficiently
- Ensure that claims are handled in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor claims trends and identify areas for improvement
- Work with other departments to ensure that claims are handled in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide training and support to claims staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to handle claims effectively
- Ensure that claims are processed in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, brokers, and reinsurers
- Ensure that claims data is accurate and up-to-date
- Manage claims budgets and expenses
- Degree holder
- At least 8 years of experience in claims management in the insurance industry
- Strong knowledge of claims management processes and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Strong knowledge in life & health insurance
- Good understanding on regulatory related to claims management
