Purpose of the RoleThis position is part of a regional leadership team with responsibility for overseeing and supporting multiple operating businesses across Asia. The role focuses on driving portfolio performance, supporting management teams, and facilitating strategic initiatives to deliver long-term value creation.The individual will gain broad exposure to general management disciplines, including strategy execution, operational improvement, financial management, people development, and organizational effectiveness.Key ResponsibilitiesPortfolio OversightProvide active oversight of portfolio companies to ensure operational and financial objectives are achieved.Support the development and execution of business strategies, annual budgets, and long-term financial plans.Partner with company leadership across key functions (operations, commercial, development, procurement, HR, etc.) to identify performance improvements.Prepare management reports analyzing results against business plans.Investment SupportContribute to due diligence for new investment opportunities, including operational reviews, site visits, and cost/efficiency assessments.Provide input on organizational design, human capital, and value creation initiatives.Assist in preparing business plans and presentation materials for investment decisions.Support the design and implementation of onboarding plans for newly acquired businesses.Integration & OnboardingManage projects related to the integration of new businesses, ensuring strong communication and reporting processes.Support compliance, governance, and organizational alignment initiatives.Facilitate resolution of HR and structural matters during the onboarding phase.Qualifications & Experience10+ years of experience in general management, asset management, consulting, project development, restructuring, or related fields.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with high proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Experience in due diligence and identifying operational or financial value drivers.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage across senior levels of organizations.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisive calls when required.Comfortable working across diverse environments, from operational sites to corporate offices.Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
