- Acting as the main liaison for partners in the Greater China region, ensuring smooth onboarding and product integration.
- Providing training, resources, and ongoing support to maximize partner success.
- Collaborating with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve partner issues.
- Assisting partners in creating go-to-market plans that boost adoption of the company's messaging solutions.
- Identifying new partnership opportunities to broaden market reach.
- Gathering market insights and partner feedback to inform product enhancements.
- Full professional fluency in written Chinese and spoken Mandarin.
- 5+ years' experience in SaaS, cloud communications, enterprise software, or partnership/account management.
- Strong B2B relationship-building skills, with experience engaging cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with the Greater China tech or telecom landscape is a plus.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
