- Build and manage strategic partnerships with university and 3P stakeholders to identify new opportunities for engagement and partnerships.
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver events and initiatives to create meaningful interactions and bring alumni together.
- Conduct regular feedback to assess the effectiveness of programmes and identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain lasting, meaningful connections with alumni and students through tailored outreach and engagement initiatives.
- A good Bachelor's degree.
- At least 5 - 7 years' proven experience in stakeholder and events management and/or partnership development roles, preferably in a higher education setting.
- A natural connector and collaborator, with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- A self-starter able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously, meeting moving deadlines and achieving measurable outcomes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to do charts in excel and interpret data.
