- Title: SAP Intern - HR Business Partner (Customer Success APJ & GC)
- Location: Singapore or Japan
- Start Date: As soon as possible
- Duration: minimum 6 months, preferably 9 months or longer
- Working Days and setup: Full-time (5 days/week) preferred, with flexibility on working hours to cater to a global team setup
- Support and drive strategic initiatives, focus topics, and manage ad-hoc requests for the CS APJ/GC L1 HRBP Leads and CS APJ/GC HRBPs.
- Support the CS People Strategy and the transformation of Global People Success Services through strategic projects and initiatives.
- Support the CS People HRBP Enablement team by co-leading team meetings, global projects, and bringing awareness of our services to those whom we support.
- Ensure a high level of deliverable quality in communications and presentations for HR, SAP Executive Board, APJ & GC Customer Success Presidents, executive CS leadership, and our CS employees.
- Deliver high-impact data analysis to provide people and organizational business insights (D&I, Hiring, Attrition) that enables the HRBP team to drive measurable outcomes.
- Preferably students with ongoing postgraduate degree, Master's studies
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Thinks broadly and strategically about issues and yet manages detail
- Solves problems swiftly, independently, and constantly 'thinks on his/her feet'
- Prioritizes constantly, multitasks, and decides on the fly
- Adapts with a high degree of flexibility regarding changing circumstances

- Strong business acumen, Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical skills
- Executive-level presentation skills
- Ability to deliver key components of the Talent Strategy across multiple locations & cultures
- Ability to lead global or platform programs/initiatives as required
- Experience in design or related design skils will be an advantage
