For individuals who can take the initiative, but work well within a team.Job SummaryManages all aspects of developing proposals and responses to client requests at the country and/or service line level (or project complexity levels 1 to 3). Ensures the proposal is delivered on time and to a high standard of quality whilst maintaining a focus on providing a solution that meets our client's needs, whilst adequately understanding and managing HSSE, financial, contractual and technical risk. Works in close collaboration with sales/BD, technical and project management teams. Manages the proposal development team, as well as the proposal approval process (where applicable).
