- understanding the process and workflow of the company
- invoice processing
- user creation/deletion/whitelistingLevel 2 CMS support and bug fixes
- troubleshoot on user/charger related enquiries and support
- identifying trends and perform debugging of applicationsBusiness Support Application
- gather business user requirements
- build up PowerBI dashboard to share with internal stakeholdersMeeting Support
- meeting minutes and follow up on action itemsKey Deliveries
