
Services Business Development Manager

- Identify and cultivate new service business opportunities within the APAC region to drive growth.
- Lead service sales initiatives, collaborating with sales, operations, and product teams to meet service sales targets.
- Manage and maximize renewals for warranty and maintenance programs to enhance revenue streams.
- Develop and execute account plans to qualify and quantify opportunities in existing accounts.
- Communicate Nokia's Services Portfolio and roadmap through engaging presentations and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to design service offerings tailored to customer needs.
- Oversee team management, providing leadership and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Monitor market trends and customer purchasing behavior to inform strategic service product development.
- Extensive travel around the region
- 5+ years of sales and/or service management experience in Telecommunications/networking
- Strong understanding of metro, regional, and global service providers' purchasing behavior
- Proven experience in bid management, including proposal submissions
- Knowledge of networking architectures and support services
- BS, MBA or equivalent advanced degree
- Proven sales track record within a Telecommunications operator
- Experience with general business aspects, including commercial contracts and pricing
- Leadership experience through team management
