Senior Consultant/ Manager (AML Filtering System Implementation/ Banking Industry)

• Lead end-to-end project management for the AML filtering system implementation across multiple APAC offices.
• Work closely with regional IT (Singapore), compliance, operations teams, APAC offices, and external vendors.
• Develop and manage project documentation including As-Is/To-Be analysis, migration plans, and test strategies.
• Create and maintain project WBS, timelines, and resource plans.
• Track project progress, manage issues and risks, and communicate with key stakeholders.
• Provide clear direction and coordination between internal and external parties.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication across all teams.

• Bachelor's degree in any related fields.
• At least 5 – 8 years of working experience from established consulting firms.
• Having experience in IT project management, preferably in a financial institution.
• Strong understanding of project governance, reporting standards, and documentation.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments (business, IT, compliance, vendors).
• Experience in banking IT, with a strong background in vendor management (including selection, SLA negotiation, and performance monitoring) and AML systems, especially transaction filtering tools like Firco are a plus.
• Familiarity with cross-border project activities such as cutover planning, data migration, UAT, and coordination with Japan-based stakeholders is a plus.
