- Serve as a mentor and professional leader, guiding academic staff and project teams in addressing technical challenges and successfully executing industry and development projects.
- Introduce innovative technologies to enhance industry partners' capabilities, playing a vital role in the execution of projects and the establishment of state-of-the-art laboratory facilities.
- Initiate the application of new technologies and develop compelling project proposals to secure Research and Innovation Funding, effectively managing resources to support diverse industry initiatives.
- Focus on Automation, Info-Comm, Biochemistry, Material, and Semiconductor industries to drive technological advancements and contribute to the growth of ITE.
- Managing various programs for the organization, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with organizational objectives.What we are looking for:- Suitable credentials in relevant fields, with a minimum of 10 years of professional work experience.
- A broad and strong industry network, enabling engagement and support across various industries, is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in formulating research proposals and managing research projects within Automation, Info-Comm, Material, or Semiconductor industries is a significant advantage.
