Requirements:

3 to 6 years of relevant software development experience (Newly hired mid-career professional with more than 3 years after graduation)
Bachelors or Masters degree (or equivalent) from a Computer Science, Engineering, or Business school
Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (SPR)
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
Proven track record of delivering quality code and working on production-ready systems

Core Skills and Technologies:

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
Frontend frameworks: React.js, Angular, or Vue.js
Backend: .NET Core, Node.js, or Java Spring Boot
RESTful APIs building and integrating with scalable services
CMS platforms: Sitecore, WordPress, or similar
Version control using Git and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
SQL and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB)
Basic knowledge of software architecture, testing, and debugging practices

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Experience with JAMstack (e.g., Next.js, Gatsby, Vite)
Working knowledge of Agile methodologies
Exposure to DevOps practices and automation tools
A portfolio or GitHub repository showing contributions to past projects
