What the role is:Principal / Senior Architectural Technical ExecutiveWhat you will be working on:Under the Project Architect's supervision, you will lead and supervise the Architectural Drafting / BIM modelling team in developing detailed and coordinated Building Information Modelling (BIM) Architectural models and drawings using ArchiCAD / Revit and AutoCAD. Your primary duties include overseeing the creation and quality assurance of CAD / BIM drawings to ensure compliance with industry standards, client requirements, and project execution plans. You will coordinate architectural models with other disciplines (C&S, MEP), perform clash detection, and ensure accurate and up-to-date CAD / BIM documentation throughout the project lifecycle. You will also mentor and guide the Drafting / BIM modelling team, assigning tasks, reviewing their work, and ensuring adherence to BIM standards and project timelines. You will generate quantity take-offs, schedules, and architectural documentation from BIM models, ensuring compliance with relevant building codes and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will maintain office filing systems, oversee Architectural Drawing / BIM submissions for regulatory approvals, and support other project-related tasks as assigned by your supervisor.What we are looking for:You should possess a Diploma or Degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology with at least 3 - 5 years of experience in the Singapore construction industry. You must demonstrate proficiency in ArchiCAD / Revit and AutoCAD, with a thorough understanding of Singapore BCA BIM guidelines and relevant architectural design codes. Experience in leading Drafting / BIM modelling teams and coordinating multidisciplinary projects is essential. You should be well-versed in Architectural Drawing / BIM standards, project execution plans, clash detection workflows, and able to supervise model accuracy and quality control. Strong communication, multitasking, and leadership skills are necessary, with the ability to take ownership and responsibility for your team's deliverables. Successful candidates will be offered a 2-year contract.
