- Supervise and /or execute all tasks related to maintaining, calibrating, repairing and inspecting building utilities.
- Oversee all assignments related to remodelling, renovation, and maintenance of the facility.
- Supervise maintenance work for workplace safety and health compliance.
- Oversee the safe operation of the boilers and associated equipment.
- Coordinates and provides instructions to external vendors engaged in preventive / corrective programs executed in the building utilities.
- Supervise daily routine facility jobs and repair work orders as assigned.
- Obtain and finalize permits needed for vendors to carry out their work.
- Troubleshoot equipment breakdown and carry out basic repairs.
- Maintain all facilities equipment in optimum condition. Ensure all documentation related to maintenance activities are completed accurately and processed to full completion.
- Lead in Root Cause Analysis for equipment/facility breakdowns.
- Leads and develop Improvement projects. Continuously seek opportunities to improve utility equipment effectiveness and efficiency.
- Support Integrated Management Systems development and continuous improvement. Review maintenance records to ensure adherence to applicable standards such as (e.g. ISO 9000, ISO 14,000, OHSAS 18,000, ISO 22000 and KORE
- Manage Plant Engineering tools, equipment, accessories and utility spare part Stores.
- Execute basic preventative maintenance on the steam boiler unit and automated warehouse equipment, conducts routine rounds on Utilities.
- Upkeep the building GMP and ensure maintain the standard.
- Implement the energy reduction programs to reduce the cost on utilities.
- Knowledge of safety procedures applicable to working with high and low voltage electrical systems with electrical theory and its application.
- Knowledge of maintenance and repair procedures for various mechanical systems including HVAC System, Fire Protection System, plumbing, heating, drainage, building and others
- Knowledge of the engineering principles and practices of the facilities engineering service.
- Basic knowledge of the standards, codes, and regulations pertaining to the construction, and maintenance of structures and facilities.
- Knowledge of electrical and electronic system commonly found in public facilities, such as indoor and outdoor lighting systems and timing devices.
- Skill in planning, designing, organizing, and executing electrical & Mechanical upgrade projects mandated by changing codes, regulations and safety requirements.
- Preferable at least 3 years’ experience. Food Industry / manufacturing company / Boiler experience would be advantageous.
- Knowledge in SAP / Microsoft Office / Power BI and other software related to Data Analytics
- Knowledge in SCADA & BMS
- Good communication skills.
- Diploma in Electrical / Mechatronics / Mechanical Engineering
- Must be able to support weekend, PH on-call
