Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (LKCMedicine) has a newly created position for a Senior Executive to support the Years 3 to 5 examinations and assessments.The Candidate will play a key role mainly in, but not limited to the following:Years 3 to 5 Examinations and AssessmentsAdminister the Compulsory Assessment Forms and Quizzes (Workplace-Based Assessments, Mini-Clinical Examination, Direct Observation of Procedural Skills, Learning Progress and Posting Quizzes) across Years 3 to 5Administer processes and operations for examinations and assessmentsSupport the implementation and review of examination policies and processesMaintain accuracy and confidentiality of examination and assessment dataManage the examination systemProvide support in examination administration and eventsParticipate in University, School and department events.Candidates should haveA recognised degree in any discipline, with at least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in education administrationKnowledge and understanding of examinations and assessment administration, preferably gained in a higher education institution will be an advantage.Proficiency in statistics and Microsoft Office applicationsStrong aptitude and experience in IT and data managementResilient, meticulous and analyticalAbility to multi-task and work independently under time pressureExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)This is a 3 years contract appointment.Hiring Institution: LKC
