- To assist the SRC Manager in the marketing and promotion of the University's programmes, both locally and overseas.
- To organise, facilitate and participate in local and overseas outreach activities/events such as open houses, education fairs, information sessions, seminars, talks, school/university/company visits, to recruit local and international students, and to ensure these events are carried out as planned.
- To organise and support outreach activities/events for the Schools, such as dialogue sessions.
- To liaise with external stakeholders, such as Institutes of Higher Learning (Polytechnics and ITE) and industry partners, to organise outreach activities/events that promote the University's programmes locally.
- To liaise with the University's overseas representatives and/or contacts to organise student recruitment and outreach activities/events that promote the University's programmes overseas.
- To assist the SRC Manager in making presentations to prospective applicants at outreach events such as open houses, education fairs, information sessions, and events conducted in schools, polytechnics, universities, and other external organisations.
- To maintain proper documentation and filing systems, manage leads effectively, follow up as needed, and produce regular statistical reports on student recruitment and outreach activities/events.
- To support the University's promotional efforts and activities by providing appropriate counselling, guidance and encouragement to members of the public interested in the University's programmes.
- To respond to all programme enquiries received via phone, email and walk-ins, etc., and to manage and monitor those handled by team members.
- To assist applicants in the submission of their applications.
- To maintain and update the leads database (e.g. by recording leads received via phone, email, walk-ins, and other student recruitment activities).
- To ensure prompt follow-up on all enquiries and feedback from prospective and enrolled applicants.
- Degree Holder with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- A strong team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Possesses a pleasant disposition and demonstrates strong customer service skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude; able to work independently and take initiative
- Resourceful and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Enjoys engaging with people and has a passion for organising activities
- Meticulous with a keen eye for detail
- Mature, reliable and exercises a high level of discretion and integrity
