The ideal candidate will possess international school experience and be well-versed in the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum.Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons tailored to the individual learning needs of a Grade 2 and Grade 6 student in English, Math, and Chinese.
Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment conducive to academic growth and personal development.
Provide guidance and support to help the students achieve their academic goals and excel academically.
Incorporate creative teaching methods and resources to enhance learning outcomes and student engagement.
Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Education, or any relevant field.
Previous experience working as a private tutor or teacher in an international school setting.
Strong proficiency in English, Math, and Chinese, with a solid understanding of the IB curriculum.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility (40-45 hours per week).

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive salary: $4000 - $5000 depending on experience.
