- Provide first-level technical support for desktop computing environment, including hardware, software, and peripherals troubleshooting
- Follow and execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various technical support scenarios and change management processes
- Maintain detailed documentation of all support activities, incidents, and resolutions on designated platforms
- Handle user requests and incidents through email communication, ensuring proper tracking and timely updates
- Support end-user computing device (EUCD) compliance and management, including asset tracking and security policies
- Process administrative paperwork for IT equipment deployment, replacement, and disposal
- Generate regular reports on support metrics and incident resolution status
- Strong technical knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with IT service management tools and ticketing systems
- Excellent documentation and administrative skills
- Good communication skills in both written and verbal English
- Ability to work independently and follow established procedures
- Basic understanding of IT security practices and compliance requirements
