Associate Engineer (East/ up to $4,000/ Class 3 Driving License)

• Location: East Area
• 5 Days work week
• Salary: up to $4,000 + Variable Bonus

• Oversee and manage the dismantling and reinstatement of sites at HDB and private locations, ensuring timelines are met.
• Supervise and manage the installation of 4G sites.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on 4G and iDEN base station and antenna systems at the site.
• Address and resolve customer complaints, offering solutions or alternative recommendations.
• Conduct testing and commissioning procedures.
• Coordinate and liaise with building owners, town councils, HDB, contractors, and consultants.
• Provide standby support after hours and during major events to resolve site issues and customer complaints.
• Prepare all necessary technical and commercial documentation.
• Ensure projects are implemented according to the approved plan, meeting operational requirements and timelines.

• Min Diploma / Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics or related.
• Entry level is welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
• 1 year of experience in LTE mobile network maintenance will be advantageous.
• A valid Class 3 driving license is required with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience.
• Strong understanding of 4G radio access technologies, RF and antenna systems will be advantageous.
• Experience in multi-vendor wireless equipment operation and network optimization will be a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Acrobat, and similar tools.
