Operation Manager

• Permanent role
• Work location: Central Region
• Work hours: Monday- Friday, 8.30am - 6pm

• The role will encompass planning, executing, and validating all preventive maintenance and corrective actions for facilities.
• Oversee service contracts to ensure compliance with terms and procedures.
• Managing the A&A process, from tender calling to supervision of works, ensuring timely completion.
• Conducting technical evaluations, coordinate with internal departments and tenants for tenancy works compliance.
• Supporting the Leasing Department and marketing team in event and tenant management, as well as managing energy consumption and proposing sustainability initiatives

• At least 5 years of pertinent experience in overseeing commercial and retail properties.
• Proficiency in technically evaluating, analyzing, and resolving engineering issues with a keen eye for aesthetic details.
• Extensive knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical systems, encompassing electrical and air conditioning, as well as operations of chillers/AHUs, Building Management Systems, and Energy Management Systems.
• Responsible for resource planning to ensure smooth daily building operations.
• Oversight of planning and implementation of periodic M&E preventive maintenance, repair programs, and CAPEX projects, including budgeting, procurement, and quality assurance.
