Job Description :About the CompanyOur Client is an innovator and leader in the mobility space.ResponsibilitiesWe’re looking for a Software Engineering Technical Lead to provide sound technical expertise in the design of backend architecture and systems to deliver impactful products to users.
  • Lead backend architecture design, defining scope and optimising systems;
  • Design functional flows and document critical requirements;
  • Develop code and provide technical mentorship to team members;
  • Resolve complex technical issues in a hands-on manner;
  • Enforce best practices to ensure quality and security of code;
  • Perform evaluations on existing systems to propose enhancements or mitigate risks;
  • Work across functions and with internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science or any relevant discipline;
  • At least 6 to 8 years of experience in a technical role in backend development;
  • Strong proficiency in multiple tech stacks;
  • Hands-on experience in Agile software development;
  • In-depth understanding of and experience in AWS; • Strong problem-solving skills;
  • Experience in various documentation tools;
  • Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
