
Etest Associate Engineer

- Support Test Engineers in test operations and program updates.
- Ensure timely release of test programs and assist in new product introductions.
- Provide first-level support for test operations on the production line.
- Set up, optimize, and manage test jobfiles for wafer-level testing.
- Monitor and maintain probe card quality; coordinate preventive maintenance with vendors.
- Ensure integrity of electrical test (ET) data, including trend extraction and basic analysis.
- Compile test reports and support yield improvement initiatives.
- Drive productivity, cost reduction, and quality improvement projects.
- Maintain compliance with safety, housekeeping, and standard operating procedures.
- Manage the probe card inventory and tracking system.
- Conduct On-The-Job Training (OJT) for new Associate Engineers.
- Provide technical training and guidance to manufacturing technicians.
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
- Familiarity with electrical test equipment and wafer probing processes.
- Basic data analysis skills and proficiency in tools like Excel or JMP.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and follow safety protocols.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing setting.
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Prior experience in semiconductor testing or manufacturing is an advantage.
