- Workday Financials Implementation & Configuration:
- Lead or actively participate in the full lifecycle implementation of Workday Financials modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Expenses, Projects, Adaptive Planning).
- Conduct comprehensive business process analysis and gather detailed requirements from finance and business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into effective Workday solutions, configuring Workday Financials to meet organizational needs and best practices.
- Develop and execute test plans, manage user acceptance testing (UAT), and support data conversion activities.
- Provide expert guidance on Workday functionality, advising on optimal system utilization and process improvements.
- Develop and deliver training to end-users and administrators.
