Finance Executive (MNC/No Exp Welcome/Apr - July)

- Prepare for the fixed asset count
- Assist with the physical fixed asset count
- Oversee Offshore team
- Support (Provide Documents ) for GIRO Deduction
- Involve in internal and external audit
- Prepare quarterly GST
- Ensure Withholding Tax file on time
- Validate payments and upload to Kyriba (payment platform). Submit to bank authorisers to approve
- Manual payment via Remedy force (Advance, Expat income tax payment, etc)
- Manual payment via BNP Bank
- Review & upload netting for intercompany to Diapason
- To validate and support Netting clearance
- Advance payment recovery
- Ensure weekly payment batches are submitted on time
- Submit fund request in diapason
- Obtain Hedge ID from controllers for Treasury team
- Review balance schedules prepared by offshore team
- Analyze P&L expenses accounts
- Review vendor reconciliation & resolve long overdue invoices
- Intra group balance confirmation
- Diploma or certificate in Accounting.
- No Experience welcome to apply as Training will be provided
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral, for effective interaction with all levels of company personnel
- Detail-oriented, strong adaptability and a team player
- 5 days week, MNC near One North MRT
- Able to commit from April to July with possibility of conversion based on performance
