This role is critical in driving financial insight, financial rigor and discipline, and analytical excellence across the Circles group comprising Enterprise SaaS, Services, MVNO and Travel Tech businesses. You will own all key budgeting and forecasting cycles, deliver timely and accurate reporting to management and investors, and ensure the integrity of our FP&A systems and data. You will partner cross-functionally (Product, GTM, Operations, People) to build budgets, forecasts, and financial models that align with our growth strategy.This is a hands-on role with high visibility-perfect for someone who wants to shape the financial foundation of a scaling SaaS company.Key Responsibilities:
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, long-range planning, and scenario modeling to support strategic decisions across the group businesses.
- Management and Investor Reporting: Drive monthly close processes, management packs, board/investor reporting, fact books, performance dashboards and monthly business reviews with actionable insights.
- Budget and Variance Management: Drive budget discipline by managing variance analysis, performance tracking, and actionable recommendations to business leaders to ensure topline and bottom-line targets are met.
- Financial Modeling: Build and maintain robust yet flexible bottom-up FP&A models to support budgeting, forecasting, scenario and sensitivity analysis, and strategic decision-making.
- Analytics and Insights: Elevate analytical excellence across the team, turning data into strategic insights that drive growth and operational efficiency.
- Systems & Governance: Ensure accuracy, automation, and integrity of the FP&A platform as the single source of truth, with strong data governance and consistency.
- Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of two analysts, fostering a culture of high performance, curiosity, and continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. MBA, CFA, or CPA a plus
- 7-10 years of progressive FP&A experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role. Experience in Enterprise SaaS or Tech scale-ups highly desirable
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and complex financial modeling in fast-paced, multi-business environments
- Proven experience in driving automation of budgeting and variance analysis, data integrity, and implementing FP&A platforms (Datarails, Anaplan, Workday etc.). Familiarity with Oracle
- Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights
- Strong experience in structuring and managing cross-functional projects and partnering with cross-functional leadership
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills; proven experience with executive and board-level communication
- Hands-on, resourceful, and adaptable team player with demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and inspire small teams
