  • Healthier SG: This is a national initiative led by the Ministry of Health, focusing on preventive health. The program encourages Singaporeans to take proactive steps in managing their health, preventing the onset of chronic diseases, and receiving robust support to lead healthier lifestyles.
  • Health Empowerment through Advanced Learning and Intelligent eXchange (HEALIX): HEALIX is a foundational healthcare analytics platform that provides essential capabilities to support public healthcare initiatives. It aims to enhance data-driven decision-making and improve healthcare outcomes.
  • GenAI: This project involves a healthcare-specific generative AI platform that serves as a one-stop solution for PHI partners. It allows for experimentation, creation of innovative generalized or healthcare-specific use cases, and deployment in an accelerated manner.
Interns will have the chance to be part of the Data Analytics & AI team, to build, design and develop analytics platforms and solutions whilst contributing to the upliftment and implementation of initiatives aimed at deepening the use of Analytics and AI within the Singapore healthcare industry.The selected intern will also be the Cloud Engineer/Data Engineer to contribute to Proof of Concept projects using best-in-class technology, identifying capability gaps in analytics and cloud product capabilities, and designing solutions to address these gaps. Additionally, the intern will further assist the team in conducting risk assessments to ensure the integrity and security of healthcare data.About you:
  • Be pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Information Systems or related field
  • Graduating in May/Dec 2026 or May 2027
  • Experience/Knowledge in Cloud engineering or data engineering
  • Experience/Knowledge in Cloud technology
  • Experience/Knowledge in data science and machine learning technologies and methodologies
  • Experience/Knowledge in Cloud Security (for Specialisation in Security)
  • Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
