- Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing performance metrics across all channels, including digital, social media, offline, and more.
- Utilize advanced analytics techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive marketing effectiveness and ROI.
- Provide regular reports and presentations to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and actionable recommendations.
- Build a unified marketing measurement approach using outputs of Multi Touch Attribution models, MMM, lift studies, and platform analytics numbers to inform short-term and long-term marketing budgeting strategy.
- Work closely with Marketing Analytics and Business Strategy teams to provide directions on budget allocation across channels and funnels.
- Design and execute A/B tests and experimentation campaigns to evaluate the impact of different marketing strategies and tactics.
- Analyse test results and derive actionable insights to optimize marketing performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Own testing roadmap across key marketing channels such as Meta, google to drive incrementality.
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams, including performance marketing, brand marketing, global onsite marketing, and product, to align measurement efforts with overall business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Marketing Measurement, Business Intelligence or related field, preferably within the e-commerce industry.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis, data modelling, and visualization tools such as Python, R, SQL, Tableau, or similar.
- Strong understanding of marketing metrics, attribution modelling, and experimental design methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Proven track record of driving business impact through data-driven marketing strategies and initiatives.
