Job Responsibilities

Draft, review, and maintain various contracts, including NDAs, vendor agreements, and service contracts.
Liaise with external counsel and provide legal support to internal departments.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements, internal policies, and corporate governance principles.
Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the business to manage legal risks.
Perform other ad hoc legal tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Law
Minimum 3 years of post-qualified legal experience
Experience with contract management systems and corporate governance tools
Knowledge of the Telecom or IT industry is an advantage
