
Assistant Marketing Manager SEA - Makeup (5 months contract)

- Lead and localize global brand campaigns for the market, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Manage 360 marketing campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels (including social, digital, in-store).
- Collaborate with PR team to maximize campaign impact and brand reach.
- Drive brand awareness, engagement and equity through creative storytelling and data driven decision-making.
- Lead local adaptation of hero brand moments, product storytelling, and content assets.
- Own the go-to-market strategy for new product launches, including messaging, positioning, competitive analysis and consumer insights.
- Lead sales forecasting and demand planning for new launches, collaborating closely with commercial and supply chain functions to ensure accurate new product launch projections.
- Analyze historical data, category trends, and market dynamics to inform forecasts and inventory planning for launch.
- Develop and execute launch plans in close collaboration with retail, education team and retail partners.
- Monitor product performance and deliver post-launch reviews with insights and recommendations.
- Support promotional planning and calendar management, ensuring alignment with global priorities and market needs.
- Partner with commercial, other internal functions and retail partners to ensure cohesive execution across all consumer touchpoints.
- Work with global marketing team to localize strategies, assets and toolkits.
- Track KPIs and deliver timely campaign reporting, performance insights and optimization recommendations.
- Manage marketing budget for category campaigns and launches within scope.
- Reports to Head of Marketing SEA & India.
- Singaporean or Permanent Resident only
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication or related field
- At least 5 years in Marketing industry with total 3 years of relevant marketing experience, including Digital or Social Media Marketing. Must have exposure to both brand and product marketing roles for Makeup Colour Category.
- Proven success in developing and executing 360 marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of consumer insights, competitive landscape, and market trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically PowerPoint and Excel. Adobe Photoshop or illustrator an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple priorities.
- Creative thinker with analytical rigor, able to blend intuition with data.
