We pledge to make Prudential a place where you can Connect, Grow, and Succeed.The Senior Manager, Health Data Strategy & Analytics Management is responsible for the design and successful implementation of a market-leading Data & Analytics strategy that aims to improve the collection, management and analysis of all relevant health data.Role and Responsibilities
  • Develop frameworks for the effective collection of relevant health-specific data, and work with Data & Analytics and other teams to implement these frameworks
  • Analyse health-specific data and develop relevant insights that will further inform the health strategy for Prudential as a group and each of the individual LBUs
  • Present relevant data and insights to various internal stakeholders in a compelling and comprehendible way, allows these stakeholders to turn these insight into relevant actions.
  • Working backwards from the relevant used cases, identify opportunities for improved data collection across the entire value chain, and implement ways to ensure quality data is collected and managed.
  • Effectively partner with other teams to provide the data and analytics that can improve medical cost containment, connected care journeys, medical underwriting practices etc.
  • Identify suitable tools that can support our health-specific data and analytics capabilities, and work with LBUs and Technology to implement these tools across all relevant markets.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Health informatics, statics, mathematics or a related field
  • Experience in data analysis and visualization methods
  • Understanding of healthcare procedures
  • Knowledge of extract, transform and load (ETL) framework
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
