Operations Specialist

• Supporting the operations at company site including receiving, sorting, processing , packing, preparing reports, and managing.
• Support and comply with all Safety, Health, Environment, Community, and Sustainability (SHECS) policies, procedures, and initiatives, including company program, to ensure a safe work environment.
• Support and comply with all Company policies, procedures, and initiatives.
• Support diversity and inclusion, positive employee relations, and team environment.
• Perform physical and technical tasks at company facility and clients sites including data centers.
• Perform receiving and check in into company portals.
• Manage daily orders and ensure service level standards (SLA) are met.
• Simple repairing and grading of IT assets.
• Unpack and sorting of cargoes.
• Prepare mass balance reports after sorting.
• Prepare reports for NEA.
• Support SHEC and certifications audit.
• Demonstrate personal responsibility for all Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) policies, procedures, and initiatives.
• Support diversity and inclusion, positive employee relations, and teamwork.
• Support training and performance management initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.

• ITE with equivalent 2 years work experience in IT or similar field.
• Able to perform in warehouse/data centre environment and to wear personal protective equipment such as hard hat, safety shoes, safety glasses, ear plugs, fitted dust mask, where required.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, dedication as a team player, flexibility, adaptability, and proficiency with MS Excel.
• Forklift license is preferred.
• Long periods of standing and walking.
