Part-Time Ecommerce Order Fulfillment Executive

• Picking, checking, packing and labeling goods
• Organising products to ensure it is accessible and easy to find
• Updating of e-commerce online products
• Updating of stock numbers in excel
• General housekeeping to ensure the workplace is neat
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

• You have at least 1 year of experience within an Admin Assistant or Warehousing / Distribution role, ideally within the Retail, Internet and Aviation, Transport and logistics industry.
• You are organized and have good interpersonal skills.
• You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
• You have a working knowledge of Order Fulfilment, Inventory Management, and Stock Taking
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments
• You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
