As a Governance & Experience Associate, you will be part of a regional team supporting compliance and strategy operations. This entry-level role is designed for early-career professionals eager to learn and grow within the e-commerce governance space. You'll contribute to meaningful initiatives while rotating across multiple domains.Examples of what you'll work on:
1) Support with Market Policy Research
- Support in gathering and summarising e-commerce regulations, product compliance requirements, and industry trends across SEA and global markets.
2) Support Policy Documentation & Communication
- Help draft, localise, and organise product listing policy documents. Assist in preparing internal guidance and training decks for cross-functional teams.
3) Conduct Data Checks and Support Analysis
- Monitor metrics, and support deep-dive analysis to identify irregular trends, uncover root causes, and contribute insights that inform product listing policy improvements and enforcement strategies.
4) Review and Escalate Edge Cases
- Assist in reviewing real cases, helping identify grey areas, and escalating to senior team members where needed.
5) Cross-functional Collaboration
- Participate in team discussions with key cross-functions at improving listing quality, seller education and governance enforcement.
6) Participate in Training and Development
- Take part in rotational learning sessions and shadowing opportunities across various Governance domains.We are seeking ambitious individuals who are passionate about solving complex problems and delivering meaningful impacts on millions of users.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications
1) Final year student (graduate in 2026) or recent graduates with less than 1 year of working experince, majoring in Business Administration, Public Policy, Political Science, International Relations, Law, Data Analytics, Economics, or related fields.
2) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
3) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to coordinate across multiple teams and regions.
4) Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with sound judgment.
5) Proactive mindset with curiosity to learn about new product categories and business dynamics.Preferred Qualification
1) Experience in E-commerce.
