- Lead the design team to deliver high-quality, cost-effective, and timely design solutions for data centre projects
- Develop and implement design standards, guidelines, and best practices for data centre design and construction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project management, construction, and operations to ensure design alignment and project delivery
- Manage and coordinate with external design consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure design compliance and quality
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design intent is met and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and manage design budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure project deliverables are met
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in data centre design and constructionKey Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical or mechanical design for data centre projects
- Proven track record of delivering complex data centre projects in the regional countries, including Indonesia, Thailand, and Malaysia
- Strong knowledge of data centre design principles, including electrical, mechanical, and thermal systems
- Experience with design and construction standards, including TIA-942, Tier III/IV, and local building codes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
Ability to travel frequently across the regionNice to Have:
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Professional certification in engineering, such as PE or CEng
- Experience with data centre operations and maintenance
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and energy-efficient systems
