What the role is:You will be part of the SEO team to develop and launch the new website. You will be working with the Service Excellence Office (SEO), Information Technology Division (ITD), and Communications & Engagement Division (CED) under the Ministry of Law (MinLaw) to review and redesign the MinLaw website and selected e-services. The objective is to review the current corporate website and their microsites to develop a unified “OneMinLaw” website. The goal of the revamped unified website is to enable users to easily find information and access relevant e-services, encouraging self-help through the streamlined navigation.What you will be working on:You are required to work closely with the respective MinLaw Divisions to understand their operations and public interactions to incorporate these considerations in the effective development of the website. You will also analyse the feedback from the Whole-of-Government Application Analytics (WOGAA) Sentiments and Customer Satisfaction platforms to suggest improvements to website content. You may also be required to collaborate with third-party vendors to develop and explore AI tools that can be leveraged to support the website, e-services and relevant customer service platforms to enhance customer experience.What we are looking for:You should be proactive and able to work with stakeholders by arranging discussions to clarify requirements and make design decisions, consulting ITD and CED as needed. Proficiency in ISOMER is required to incorporate design and user needs into the new website. Experience using WOGAA to track site metrics, generate reports, and give recommendations is preferred. Requirements: • Have tertiary qualification, preferably with a good understanding of UX and UI design, design of user flow, storyboarding, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes. • Preferably with experience or familiarity with ISOMER (https://www.isomer.gov.sg/) and WOGAA (https://wogaa.sg/). • Excellent communication (written and spoken) and facilitation skills to clearly communicate and explain design decisions/trade-offs to stakeholders. • A keen interest in leveraging on digital technology (including AI tools) to deliver services. • Submit a portfolio of your past website and/or digital design projects.
