- Develop and execute your strategic plan to achieve Oritain's overall revenue target in the region and support global initiatives to ensure the company’s success.
- Define credible sales budgets and ensure accurate sales forecasts through regular pipeline reviews.
- Create and sustain a sales performance culture that consistently exceeds expectations.
- Implement and maintain robust, ongoing performance measures and reviews to drive sales and channel execution.
- Constantly refine Oritain’s sales function, develop a structure that ensures alignment of top sales staff to the highest opportunity/growth accounts and expand Oritain’s direct and in-house sales team to support growth targets.
- Drive sales team capability and improvement processes through ongoing training activities.
- Influence Account Management and Service Delivery best practices to ensure an optimal client experience
- Attract, retain, and grow outstanding sales talent, understand the teams' current strengths, and partner with HR to address development needs.
- Provide strong leadership and management to the regional and global Sales and Account Management team to drive Oritain’s Global Account initiative and Sales and customer success strategy.
- Review and enhance your region's effectiveness and productivity by developing new processes, implementing change, and establishing a highly motivational work environment and culture.
- Provide valuable coaching and training to team members to improve consistency, quality, and effectiveness. Drive the implementation of selling methodologies and best practices to ensure the Sales team aligns with consistent, scalable approaches.
- Actively collaborate with other regional leaders and partner with Marketing, Product, Finance, and other departments to define and implement solutions that improve lead generation, lead management, sales execution, and the client experience.
- Proactively identify opportunities to collaborate with partners across the business to ensure client feedback is fully integrated into Oritain’s product, delivery, and services strategy.
- Identify external partners that have the potential to accelerate Oritain’s growth, including distribution and channel partners.
- Serve as a leader in developing new business and driving the development and maintenance of new and existing customers.
- Maintain and report weekly on activity levels in prospecting, Opportunity conversion, and sales stage inspection for pipeline and forecast accuracy.
- At least 10+ years of sales and commercial leadership experience, including leading enterprise field sales teams selling complex products to highly sophisticated multi-stakeholder buying scenarios, with a proven record of exceeding sales targets.
- Proven record of developing and executing business plans and the ability to create strategies and solutions to drive revenue growth.
- Experience in B2B, DaaS, SaaS, and tech-enabled platform/services sales is required.
- Experience working in the Supply Chain/ESG ecosystem is highly desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence are essential for cross-regional collaboration in a fast-growing global business.

- Extensive knowledge of sales principles, methodologies and best practices and the ability to train others. (e.g. Miller Heiman, MEDDIC, etc.)
- Experienced in using CRM and BI Tools
- Willing and able to travel within the region and to our global offices as and when required (approximately 30%)
