  • Degree qualified with strong Manufacturing industry exposure (Track record in working with Operations required)
  • Strong experience in managing Accounting Operations and statutory requirements in MNCs
  • Regional experience (familiarity with Singapore and Malaysia can be helpful)
  • More than 5 years of proven team management experience
  • Ability to drive automation, change management and process improvement
  • Traits: Hands-on, highly adaptable, resilient, proactive, independent, ability to manage ambiguities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills - able to work with operations, senior management and US HQ
Job ScopeAs the Financial Controller, you will manage a team of finance staff across countries and be responsible for the Finance & Accounting portfolio for SEA. You will ensure timely and accurate month end closing, compliance with company policies and financial regulations, and lead local statutory audits and filing requirements. You will support in annual budgets, estimates, financial and management reporting, review of Group Transfer Pricing strategies and identify local tax risks.
